.:Trinity Autosport:. EVOLVE ECU Tune E60 M5 E63/64 M6

Hi guys,

Most E60 M5's will produce in the region of 500-506bhp (flywheel). With the ECU remap powers of up to 535bhp are seen once an adaptation time period has elapsed on a standard car, more on a modified one. Through careful remapping of the factory BMW DME tables, various elements such as ignition timing, fuel delivery, and part throttles are reworked to create performance gains.

The result is an E60 M5 which feels far sharper and pulls harder through the rev band. Our engine tuning philosophy is to improve driveability and enjoyment. The figures are also very conservative and can easily be replicated on other dynos.

Created with extensive research and testing the S85 V10 ECU upgrade transforms power and drivability of the V10 engine.

-Developed with 100's of hours of dyno testing, datalogging and endurance testing
The changes we make to the BMW software are developed in a real time environment and are unique to any other software on the market.

some of the maps within ECU which are modified:

- Torque Management
- full throttle fuel
- full throttle ignition aim
- part throttle ignition aim
- minimum ignition set
- torque calculation
- RPM limiter (optional)
- speed limiter of 250km/h removed
- normal and sport throttle maps modified for smoother driving
- vanos intake and exhaust
- throttle opening maps (to achieve 100% opening)

base price for tune: $589
-options can be seen here: http://www.trinityautosport.com/evol...ing-p-669.html
