For real? Yes. I would eat it just to say I did - but, I'm a jagoff like that. If it was for survival... hell yes.

If someone wouldn't eat human flesh to survive, then more power to them. I don't want them in my gene pool - they're the twisted one. Assuming that this would only happen in a survival situation, I think cutting the meat would be tougher than chewing it. Handling a dead body outside of an institutional environment is a weird thing, regardless of how tough one may think they are. It would be tough, but also easy... considering the alternative is your own slow death.
