anyone have hook up on watches?

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone might have a hook up on watches. I am looking for maybe about 5 watches. I was thinking of get them for the wedding party i am in. For me and all the grooms men and the groom. Looking to spend maybe 200-300 a watch and of course, i have hook up on rims so we can wheel and deal if you like.

Watches should be all black maybe with white dial or just white numbers and have metal bands and round face.

any help is great or if anyone have ideas please post them up here with pictures. oh yeah, wedding isnt until july. Thanks.

My only suggestion would be G-Shocks. IMO, they are about the ONLY inexpensive "black" watch option that works. If you are going to do black, IMO you get a G-Shock, or you bring lots (I mean lots) more money to the table.

I got a GA3000 A couple weeks back and love it.

Metal Band/Black... Blue? ~$400.00

They make an "Orange" version that is ~$300.00 but it has a resin band.

I also have a GA100-1a1 that is all black like this one. Resin band though. ~$100

If this is for YOUR wedding party and you want to give these to everyone for the ceremony/pictures be sure to buy a watch band sizing kit to bring with you. A metal band will look like shit on everyone unless you have a way to get them all sized quickly. Should be able to pick one up for less than $20.00.

For that kinda money all you're going to get are toy watches. Go to a department store and see what they have. You can probably open up a card and save 20+% on your first purchase.

@Feyd- Thank you. Gives me some good ideas. Also its not my wedding, i am just a groomsmen, so that is why i am not trying to spend alot of money. It was more of just a thank you for bringing in the wedding.

@wakeboarder109- thanks, i will keep my eye on that site.

@SSKE92- i will look at that.

Why do you want to get gifts for everyone if you're not the groom. That's mighty nice of you but not really necessary. At worst, you don't want to upstage the gifts that the groom traditionally gets for his party. On a less serious (but still valid) note - remember that scene in "The Hangover" where Zach G. reads that wolf thing on the rooftop to say how much he appreciates being a part of the wedding party? You run the risk of looking like that if you buy everyone a gift.

If you do decide to go ahead with a gift, $200 or $300 a pop won't get you much in the way of watches, especially something that can be worn with a tux or that people will actually want to use again after the wedding.

If you really want to get something nice for the groom's party, I'd go with engraved Zippo lighters or something along those lines. Even non-smokers can use/appreciate a quality lighter and you'll save a ton of cash ($75 per person even if you splurge on a relatively high end model). Maybe get a bunch of really good cigars with the money you would've spent otherwise.

Another option would be to just get a bottle or two of some quality booze for the groom's party to share while you're waiting for the ceremony/pictures, etc.

engraved lighter + cigars sounds like a pretty good idea.
