Can anyone run an autocheck or carfax report for me?

Hey guys, I know that some people have jobs at dealerships so I figured I would ask if someone could run an autocheck or carfax report for me. I'm about to look at a car tomorrow so I just wanted to make sure that there was no history on it. It would be much appreciated.

BTW, here's the horror story behind the last car that I went to check out if anyone is interested...

haha no, but I paid for 10 carfax reports and only needed one for myself so far. Since I just ran one for him ^^ I've got eight more left

wow, that really sucks. You should just look in the classified of the s2ki section. Sure it may be a little more but you can always search up their post history to see anything that they had posted.

This has been my life for the past month.

I have found two cars that I'm interested in on s2ki. The first one is in FL and I was ready to drive down there and purchase the car, but the seller has a lien on the car and wants me to pay off Honda Finance and then have the title issued to him, and then he wants to sign it over to me in good faith after he receives it in a few days. I agreed to pay off Honda Finance and the rest in cash to him if he would have Honda issue me the title directly, but he says that's not possible. I'm not willing to purchase a car without having the title in hand or at least sent to me directly after paying for a car in full.

Another car is in CA with a highly modded car, but the seller is still deciding if he wants to take my offer or not. I made a fair offer IMO, and since I have to ship the car and fly across the country to see it I offered what I thought it was worth. So far, no deal, so the search continues.

That's kind of shady, I wouldn't want anything to do with that. I'm picking up my 330xi this saturday (which is why I paid for the reports in the first place) and there was a lien out on the car. However the guy had the money to pay it off and did so. The title is being mailed to him now and then I'll give him the money when I pick it up. Doing it any other way can just get really messy. Good luck

Thanks, that is EXACTLY what I told the seller I was willing to do, but he says that he doesn't have the money to pay the loan, which I think is ridiculous. Oh well, he lost the sale if he can't do so.
