Szl not communicating - e60 525i 2004

Hello everyone,
I have been having an issue with the dsc on my e60 525i 2004, and by that i mean that it isn't working at all 😅.

After multiple diags using multiple tools i decided to dig a bit in depth and see what's going on using ISTA which revealed that the SZL is not communicating at all, and it's causing the steering wheel angle sensor dtc and many more, and i get the yellow triangle tell-tale on the dash.

On the details of the dtc on ista i have the following(attached pic) :
*0094E3 : SZL terminal u_isis or u_szl missing
*0094EA :SZL Communication between steering wheel moduke and column module is faulty.
*00951A : SZL voltage supply LRE limit value undershot
*0094E7 : SZL Steering angle sensor wiper contact
*009518 : szl voltage supply limit value undershot

This gives me the impression that i might have an electrical problem leading to the SZL going wild, but i honestly don't have the slightest idea where to begin.
