Looks like it’s going to be a long year for my Cowboys. Aside from their opening drive of the game, they looked completely out of sync. And now Dak out 6-8 weeks, it doesn’t look to promising. Oh well.

Jerry believing somehow that Dak is Superhuman. Or that 1 good Receiver would cut it. Or maybe by some magic, Kellen Moore is the Offensive Mastermind that only the Jonses believe him to be. Who fucking knows...

Even if Dak didn’t get injured, they weren’t moving the ball. Overpaying for Ezekiel/Dak leaves you no room for pass rushers, WR’s and other areas in need. Again, you’ll get a better coach for next season.

I don't know what the inner-workings are of the Dallas front office, but my perception is that Jones needs to step away and bring in some different people to manage personnel. The owner being the face and operator of the franchise doesn't make sense to me. Get over yourself dude and move on from coach McCarthy. The Cowboys would be/should be unstoppable with better leaders.

Yeah F30lolz , I think the writing is on the wall. It’s what Jerry has wanted all along. Payton is definitely an upgrade compared to McCarthy.

I believe most Cowboy fans have been saying this for the past 25+ years. Jerry is involved in to many aspects of the organization. He needs to step back and find him a great GM to run the personnel side of things. Until that happens, we will continue to live in the past with fond memories of what Troy, Roger, Emmitt, Tony, Michael and Drew brought us.

Being a Vikings fan I would like to extend a large "you're welcome" for the Herschel Walker trade carving a path for those Cowboys SB wins in the 90's. Was that Jerry's greatest transaction of all time? At least you have some rings in Dallas. The Vikes are 0 and 4 in the big game and we haven't been to one since 1977.

Man, JMcLellan , I still remember that day like it was yesterday. That was definitely a huge part of the Cowboys success in the 90’s along with Jimmy turning those pics into a winning formula! If Jerry could have just kept his mouth closed! Might have been able to add a few more trophies to the cabinet. Who knows.

Wait and see I think. Sometimes he looks great and other times he makes really poor choices. The game yesterday was a prime example. Very mediocre for most of the game but then looked really good in the fourth.

He has to prove himself so we'll see... signed to a two year deal earlier this year so you can see mgt is taking that approach as well.

Yeah, I was just curious. I work with a huge Saints fan and he’s not to fond of him. Especially since he is prone to throwing quite a few INT’s.
