WHY do I keep seeing BROWN eggs in this thread That's like a well-done ribeye.

My usual during the week is one of three:
White chocolate mocha
Caramel latte
Dirty chai

On the weekend, dog and I select a choice couple of fresh eggs, LIGHTLY cook them, and enjoy with coffee. IF I'm lazy, they go in the boiling water for 15 minutes and get covered in Tajin

Espresso shot as soon as I wake up, 2 eggs fried or scrambled, sometimes with mushrooms and spinach, usually plain, another espresso shot with my eggs, done.

On the weekends add 2 slices of bacon and substitute cappuccinos for the espressos.

When I was a kid one of my favorite breakfasts was rice krispies with cafe con leche which is basically like a latte. So instead of pouring the cereal into a bowl of milk I would pour them into a big cup of cafe con leche and eat them with a spoon.

Also cafe con leche with a loaf of cuban bread, dip the bread into the coffee, sooo good! I actually still do that to this day if I have any kind of bread with breakfast I tend to dip it in whatever coffee I'm drinking.

It's a miracle I'm still alive eating that for breakfast as a kid.

My breakfast this morning was boiled celery and carrot cubes, with a dash of pepper for flavor.

Off topic, my lunch today was DIY microwave poutine, slapped together with whatever was left in our refrigerator.....

Pizza is good anytime, cold or hot...

From the same day, breaky, lunch. dinner (home made) and I forgot to snap shop my midnight snack. You guess it... it was pizza leftover from Dinner.

Back in the early days in the Navy in Halifax, I (with my room mates), would have 10 pizza a week (1+1+1+1+2+2+2). We will call "Venus Pizza" and just say "Room 273". Thirty minutes later we would get a large double cheese All Dressed.

The good old day's...

In the normal order, Breaky, Lunch, Dinner and Midnight Snack (not showing)
