Thursday is homemade pizza day. We have no good local pizza so everything is cooked on a stone on the grill. Margurita (with proscuitto), buffalo chicken and fig/gorgonzola/proscuitto are the favorites. At somepoint when I retire I'll start making the dough and sauce.

I hate you guys have a pizza stone used on my grill broke the stone dropped the pizza on the ground and it also tasted like shit.

Check cordierite for the replacement. Its ceramic with some high temp fibers incorporated into it so its less brittle. Ive been abusing a 3/4" thick one for years now.

Had this at serious pie was pretty good actually. Clams, prosciutto, lemon thyme, and parmessan. Would call them semi serious pie though I want pizza with meat and more variety not all vegan crap and squash or potatoes on my pie.
