Question for everyone here. While of course restaurant or fresh made pizza is the best, what do you guys recommend for frozen pre-made pizzas? I typically do Red Baron but looking for something new and different for when I need a quick meal.

Wife favourite Ottawa take out, Colonnade Pizza. Just add bacon bits on my side.

From photos of meals you have posted, I would guess you might like California Pizza Kitchen. I sometimes get their BBQ Chicken, and the Margherita. The only varieties available now near me are their thin crust which is not my favorite. Digiorno had a "hand tossed" style crust that was pretty good I thought, and I would buy the Supreme (sausage, pepperoni, a few vegetables). But that style is also no longer stocked at grocery stores near me. Freschetta is also okay. They have a Canadian bacon and pineapple that I have bought when I wanted something different.

I have also had good luck freezing slices of my homemade pizza to save for a quick meal later.

This is just the "stuffed" pizza from Rosati's, so definitely not local. I haven't actually tried their deep dish so kind of curious how that differs from this.

I've only gone to Rosati's in school because they had a super cheap deal for a slice and a soda, didn't even know they had stuffed. will have to try it out soon

Yeah this was one of the few times I've had it, but it was actually really good! They gave me some 50% off coupon so I figured why not, and glad I did.

Wife did it right for Christmas, got me a pizza oven....they didn't have the tools and such so had to order online but we immediately went out and started my research
She got a margherita pie with pepperoni and I got an chicken alfredo pie with bacon

Hey I'm pretty sure my wife got me the same one! Supposed to be delivered in the next week or two.

I'll have to wait till spring / summer to try it though. Let me know if you like it.

My wife got lucky, it was the last one at Lowes. I am quite impressed with the ease of assembly and the packaging. Can't wait to mess with it.

Pizza is like what they say about SEX, even when its bad its still pretty good (I kid, I kid)

I got the same one for my birthday earlier in December, and have used it twice (including today for lunch... 4 pizzas as we're all home this week)

The biggest problem is that I can't get it hot enough burning wood. or should I say I can't get it to STAY hot enough, the wood burns WAY TO FAST. to keep it at 700 plus degrees, you'd have to feed it wood every 30 seconds while you're cooking. Today I ordered the propane kit. The pizza wont have the wood smoke flavor, but I won't be fighting temps the whole time

Oh, mine's a 12"... suggestion, if you got the 12, return it for the 16. It gives you the room to move the pizza around with the paddle

that said, today I cooked a Margarita for my wife on cauliflower frozen dough, a cheese and tomato for daughter 1, a pepperoni for daughter 2 and I had a chorizzo and cheese. All I'm told were delicious
