KBB is $32,325 private party in excellent condition. My car is CPO'd(certified pre-owned) and has a full OEM Mtech body kit, M5 trunk finisher as well as other extras listed.
My car is an 09/05 Build date. I have the original window sticker, $64,745

Car is in Excellent Condition, Paint is in excellent 9.5 on a scale of 1-10 condition, very few minor paint chips, no door dings, no dents, no major scratches. Interior is in excellent immaculate condition. Hood was repainted(rock chips) when the Mtech Kit was painted and installed. All work was performed by a BMW approved shop and all work is top notch.

Car has a brand spanking new windshield, just replaced for the sale of the car.

OEM Wheels have no curb rash or major scratches. Tires are Dunlop Sport SP 01 Runflats. Front tires are 80%. rears have approx. 5K miles left on them.

Car is currently in getting a full detail including headlight polishing.
