Last nite I had a dream someone was jumping on my roof. I went to inspect and it was a gray space alien. Unusually large one. I yelled at him and that was it. I think it was because of the rain and lightening last nite that we don't usually get. I was not probed, promise.

I finally had a dream where I was in a zombie apocalypse. Finally, I get to live my fantasy.

Nope. I was basically a NPC the entire dream. Just watching everyone else go to work on zombies while all I did was carry supplies / equipment. Not a single moment of action.

Woke up disappointed and irritated, lol

I have a reoccurring dream I am back in high school, as an adult, trying to convince everyone I am already an adult, I have a job, been to college, etc. I think t's tied to anxiety/stress in my life. I also have dream I am back at the restaurant I worked at as a waiter in college, same things, as an adult. It's crazy busy and I can't keep up. I am telling everyone I shouldn't be there.

Exexs are in my dreams sometimes too. Not romantically/sexually, just in the dreams.

My GF tells me I fling my arms a lot and puff, as in short exhales. I've been known to jump up too, acting out my dreams. I have another reoccurring one where a snake or something else is attacking me and I kick at it. Turns out I am literally kicking my GF, too.

My late dad was a sleep walker, my mom would find him all over the house, sometimes in our beds (I have no memory of this).

Do you think this was your subconscious bringing to the forefront your own internal value of yourself and your perceived use in society through the means of a dream?

Or did you already consider this, and that's why you woke up disappointed and irritated?

Oh yeah, big time here too. Haunting fear of mine. Usually the snake is in the bed.

Sometimes my wife plays along with it by moving her leg like it was a snake to watch me sit up and study the movement under the covers. But I think I got her leg the one time pretty good and that was the last time she decided to have fun with my little hangup.

I have similar "I can't move" dreams as well, freaky and scary while "in the dream". Or I can't run.

Then there is school. I can never find the room, and I'm late for the test. My dad has the same dream.

I got robbed by Macy's when I was 21 and I was terrified of NYC for years but there was no violence whatsover they just conned me

I'm rarely in NYC (Manhattan) these days. No scary alleyways or skyscrapers where I live although I worked in the city for many years back in the day when crime was off the charts.

I don't know what it is. Last night was another bizarre one, at least not violent. Can't even piece it together.

When I was in junior high school, we went on a school field trip to NYC for an event at Madison Square Garden. Some city punk tried to pick my pocket in the lobby as we were waiting to go into our seats. Let's just say that blood flowed, the school he was from sent me an apology letter for his actions, and the punk will never try to mess with a country person ever again. NYC should be scared of *me*!

I had a weird dream last night. I was watching over a 5-gallon bucket half full of water. There was a fish in the bucket that was head-first in a ziploc bag, swimming around with its tail sticking out of the bag. A second fish was at the bottom of the bucket, and came up to bite the exposed tail of the fish in the bag. Can't tell you what happened after that, because I woke up and had to immediately make a deposit in the driver's lounge because diuretics.....
