French Onion Soup

I hosted a BBQ lunch for ~250 employees at work today. The event was moved indoors at the last minute, due to forecast rain outdoors. Had a hamburger and some potato salad. Then, the power dropped. My colleagues in IT and I rushed out to find out why the server room generator power failed for the second time in a week. Back to the BBQ for me, where I wound up having to give my annual speech to the group under the emergency lights and on/off strobing room lights. Didn't get to go back for another burger before the food service ended. Not that I needed more food, but the beverage dispensers stopped working when the power dropped and I was absolutely parched by the time I was able to sit back down.....

This should've been breakfast but ya know, late start.

Overnight oats, strawberries, banana will get chopped and put in right before consumption as well as chia seeds. I'll take a pic of it combined a bit later lol

There's a known noodle shop in LA called - Mr Noodles. It's in Westwood (UCLA campus)

Hilarious. Yeah the free standing restaurant has been in the past few years so not much leg to stand on lol. It's okay, not the best not the worst. Par for the course in Westwood for food.
