Me too. Knew the guy since I was 4. We were in kindergarten together and friends throughout high school. Life did what it does. We grew apart and traveled different paths in life. I've been trying my best to keep it together today.

I've managed to stay awake on the second day back to work post-vacation for 2 weeks.

The first day back was brutal. Left home at 0600, returned home at 23:30. Sorry, I can't count how many hours that is today.

I remember using a telex machine at my first job. When you typed, it would punch holes in the strip of paper and then you'd run it through when you had your connection. I forgot about that.

I took a drive today, forgot what errand I was trying to accomplish. After an hour of canyon driving, I pulled into the garage and remembered what I needed at the store. Started the car back up, and went on another drive. Errand complete and it was a great day.
