saw it. it pretty much outlines what Gates said 5 years ago. The PhD's new it was coming, it was only a matter of time. Sad part is no one believed them.
I know people who were on committees that went hospital to hospital telling them what to do to prepare for a situation like this. They did stockpile supplies at the time, but n95 masks do expire, and it costs money to replace them. Money the hospitals would love to use in other places.
