Going to Miami

Hi guys,

I going to Miami Beach on holiday and have rented a, not nice, car with hand-controls (since I'm in a wheelchair after a accident).

But me and my sisters boyfriend want to try a M5 or M6 (he will drive). Cars are very expensie here in Denmark (25% vat + 180% tax on cars) so we'll never get a chance to drive or own one here ( >$360.000).

Do any of you guys know where it's best to rent?

theres a site with a couple different places in miami. Ive personally never done it or know anyone who has so im not sure how the prices and policies are. Goodluck renting one the m6 is a blast to drive

Go all out rent a Ferrari for a day. Be like $700 or something like that.

Pshhh, for about $1200 you can partake in a supercar driving activity in Vegas (and other locals according to the ads in various car mags...) with an F430, Gallardo, SLR, and two others I can't think of at the moment. You get to drive each for four hours. That's a bargain if I've ever seen one...they must get you on the insurance or somethin'.

The other cars I forgot to mention were the Ford GT, 911 GT3, and a Noble M400.

I can't do this since I'm paralyzed in my legs. I need hand controls.

Don't think they have hand controls in any of the exotic cars.

My sisters bf would drive the M5 if we could find a place to rent it. He's only 24.

First, sorry to hear about the accident, that sucks man. As far car rentals I lived in Miami for a year and there are plenty of places that do it. Google "exotic car rentals in Miami" or "BMW rentals in Miami" and you will see two or three with good websites. There are probably 5 or 6 good rental places down there, but its gonna cost you. Thanks man.

But it has been like this for 5 years so I don't think it will be better. I have tried almost everything. I went to Portugal and had surgery with stemmcells but the results were minimal.

But I still have a nice life and I can still drive a car.

And the U.S. is so handicap-friendly so I can't wait to get over there.

I like the M5. If there are going to be more than 2 people going, I wouldnt want to get out to let other passenger out of the car.

As far car rentals I lived in Miami for a year and there are plenty of places that do it. Google "exotic car rentals in Miami" or "BMW rentals in Miami" and you will see two or three with good websites. There are probably 5 or 6 good rental places down there, but its gonna cost you.
