LED Garage lighting?
Looking to add one or two LED light bars to the ceiling. Must be able to plug into your standard outlet, no hardwiring bs, and have a pull string or something to turn on & off.
What are my options that are not junk, but still inexpensive? |

Not junk and inexpensive creates a very fine line of options. Not sure of what your opinion of inexpensive is but these are pretty nice. Big Ass makes a fine product.

I bought a LED light strip from Lowe's back in the fall to replace a burned up fluorescent ballast in my garage and am very happy with it. I tried to find a link to share but couldn't find the same light on their website. Pretty sure it had the capability to be plug in play or hardwired. I'd check Amazon or visit a Home Depot or Lowe's.

i installed 4 of these in my garage. They meet most of your requirements except the screw eyelets they come with snapped off while screwing them into the ceiling joists. bought them in spring for $20/pair

He purchased some budget minded led shop lights and declared they were plenty bright for his needs. Since he is a dear friend of mine, I sent him, as a gift, a Big Ass Solutions or also known as Big Ass Fans LED 65 W shop light. He said it makes his budget lights look dim. I have 3 in my garage, spendy? Yes. I am at the point in my life where I prefer quality over quantity.
