Will DISplus or EasyDIS work with my car?

I have an e-60, a 2004 525i, with a k+dcan cable that i am planning on using, currently i am learning about all the different software i could use as well as how to use it, i am wondering if one of these programs would be better for me to use than inpa or maybe not so much better but possibly easier because i am having a hard time learning how to use inpa. the download i have works fine with cable and check error codes and the history as well as uif or ufi whichever it is but if i try to do anything more than that the language turns to german on everything and i have no idea what anything says, also when i manage to make it into the analog value screen i get an error that says something about stopping a script but this is another post by itself, im trying to figure out now if i can maybe go with DIS or ISTa as an alternative to INPA and still be able to do all or at least most of the same things as well as get at least most of the same results back or if INPA is the only way to go to get the complete use out of being able to connect to my car?
