S85 in a Factory Five Roadster

Looking for some input on the S85 engine specifics for using this engine in a factory five kit car. I have not seen many S85 swaps beyond any BMW models.

I know there will need to be fabricated engine/trans mounts, exhaust, driveshaft, etc.

What would you recommend for an ECU? What would you see as some of the biggest challenges for this build?

Also, in my research, I've seen some saying the 6spd trans with the S85 is the same as the trans in the e46 and e9x m3, is this the case?

This is just an idea in consideration at this point.
