Visit to Adam's Polishes - Anaheim, CA

I recently took an interest in their ceramic products. Discovered they had a local store, decided to drop by. Store was squared away. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. All of my questions were answered. Received a "locals" discount on products purchased. They invited me to a workshop this Saturday. Free donuts and coffee! I'm there!

It has been some time since detailing my own vehicle. Will report back with product results. Cheers!

I've enjoyed using their products. Don't know if they are made in-house, but they offer a wide variety for the DIYer; we have a nearby detailing pro that uses/sells their stuff, too.

Their products, like many others', are blended by B&B which are still very good.

Been using their stuff for 20 years. I think it is very good at the price point. Smells good too. Though I haven't used the iron remover yet. lol

I like them too. I'm sure there are a lot of companies with equivalent products, and yes their source does provide for other companies as well. But 1) Adam's has got some pretty great instructional videos and 2) They are constantly on sale, sometimes at 30% off, which makes them good deals and often less than the competition. My shelf of cleaners and such is probably 2/3 Adam's because of this.

Would be a fun thing to go to the place for a workshop. As long as it's not too dumbed down...

I usually buy Griot's (gallon) when it's on sale, but had to get something else recently. A gallon of Adan's orange ironx was like $40 on sale so I grabbed it. It's less viscous so doesn't cling as well, but it seems to work fine and smell ok enough. Doesn't seem super strong, but I think it's good enough for periodic "unclogging" of your ceramic coating. I think I'd stick with carpro or griot's for real chemical decon like when preparing the car for correction, besides physical decon i.e. clay.

Good thoughts. I agree.

Today, I visited Adam's Anaheim to seek advice on taking down high spots. The Lead Detailer inspected the vehicle, and went back inside. A few minutes later, he returned with some products, and showed me what needed to be done. Purchased the required items. Got home, worked on it for about an hour. Pretty happy with the results.

Took a not so scenic quick pic. Had work to do around the house, visited Home Depot. Unedited photo taken from iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Adam's Products Used:

1. Surface Prep Spray
2. Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating (Advanced)
3. Brilliant Glaze
4. Detail Spray
5. Borderless Grey MF Towel, 2-pack
6. Polishing Hex Grip Applicator
7. Grey MF Applicator Pad, 2-pack
.
