Any common problems with 2006 M5s?

I am looking to get into one, need to know what to look out for.

make sure it's CPO'd. then look for an 07. Early build 06's had SMG pump issues but any SMG car can have the same issues, just the early build ones seem more prone. VANOS pipe leak was another issue with early 06's but I think BMW actually issued a re-call for that one. The most important thing is to look for a CPO'd one. Happy hunting.
