Air mass issue help!

Evening folks,

Had a dpf gut and map/her map out last week by a reputable tuner, quite impressed with the difference in drive as mine was fully blocked with 70gms of soot!

Anyway, noticed today from a scan pre gut and after that I'm taking in too much air somewhere, my reason is almost double the expected.
No idea why I didn't notice before, but I'm really starting to notice the change in mpg.

Any idea where to start looking or if there is a common problem that would cause a high air intake?

Need a start pont before I sink another fortune into her 🤦🏻🤣
