Bleu cheese soufflé with toasted walnuts and hazelnuts
Recipe from Bruno Albouze on yt

So good! Great light and creamy soufflé with bleu cheese tang, and nice crunch and flavor of the toasted nuts.

House-made pâte sablée crust.

Fresh fruit for dessert.

You caught me off guard with the Bleu Cheese but that does look delicious!

Thanks! Yes I made it from scratch using Bruno Albouze’s recipe. I’m not cooking as much as in the past- too much travel and “life” stuff at the moment!

Side note: What service do you guys use to host pics these days? I lost a ton of pics years ago when photobucket changed. Just curious so I can actually share stuff.
