Bring on the summer heat!
https://zabssauce.com/products/st-augustine-style-large Not too hot - just right, always enjoy vinegar based hot sauces. https://pepperpalace.com/products/ga...tain-hot-sauce One I really enjoy but need to order more of - Smoky Mountain Hot Sauce. Good on just about everything. |

Crystal. No extra crap like xanthum gum. Just peppers, vinegar, and salt.

This, just this (all I need on food that isn't already spicy is a little bit of heat and little bit of flavor):

Two favorites...Dave's Insanity Sauce and Old Bay Hot Sauce...used for different reasons, different foods.

Yes, for me, Cholula is the Goldilocks of sauces. Not too bland and hot enough at 3600 SHU.
You no longer taste the food with super-hot sauces. Those with SHU of 100000+ are insane and essentially created for chest thumping and bragging rights only. https://peppergeek.com/hot-sauce-scoville-scale/ |

Picked up some Secret Ardvark combo kit a while back. The chipotle hab is tasty and not very hot. The red scorpion is nice and hot but I usually don't add much. The reaper felt like I bruised my tongue the first time I tried it, again only use a few drops and mix it in stir fries lol.

while we are on the topic, can anyone recommend a crispy pepper oil similar to this? This stuff elevates certain dishes really well.
