"boinking" noise

Hi guys,1st time user.I have been experiancing a "boinking" sound which appears to be coming from my right rear wheel area of my 2002 BMW 525i 4 door sedan recently.It doesn't happen on every bump in the road just very sporatically,The car still rides as smoothly as when I purchased it even with 140,000 miles on it.Nothing appears loose can't figure it out.Any ideas as to what might be causing the "boink"?????????

Have the same noise.. would also like to know what it is.
