Bmw e60 what is broken?

So i have bmw 530d e60 2003 and i have a problem.
Windows not working
Instrument cluster not working
Wipers not working
Air condition panel not working
Boot doesnt open
Central locking not working
Steering wheel buttons not working
I drive buttons not working

All fuses are good and battery voltage is good

Is there any module that controls all of those mentioned?

Also i cant get in all modules with a tester
