Help regarding E60 mods

I've decided to get my E60 some new rims, although I can't decide between BBS LM's (20") or 172's "Spider's" (19")

Also wondering if OEM LCI headlights really worth the trouble (Already got xenon ones)

Just to give you a perspective of my car, here's some information about what it looks like.

The E60 is black with M-tech all around except the rear fender which is an M5 replica, also recently fitted quad exhaust by Eisenmann (Sport).
