As a former National ref candidate I have to say there's no way that is a foul against Norway regardless of location. Follow thru on a kick of the ball is no foul, certainly not a caution

I'm actually enjoying the quality of play during this WWC. US team is leaps and bounds better than 95% of the field. Think they are a lock to win it again.

Yup the score would have been a lot worse.
