2007 530i has no power.

Any advice please. 2007 530i . Has no power at all. Tried starting one day and dash lights came on but nothing else happened. Tried jumping but battery is good I took off starter and tested and it works as well.
When I went to re install the starter
I’m guessing that I touched the starter positive wire to ground cause car is completely dead now. Checked fuses but can’t find a bad one. What else can it be ???.
