Alot of rims you have no choice, they only come in 20 x 10.5 , i'm in the same boat, i might be forced to go with 10.5 too

Which rims are you planning to put it on? With the right offset, 20x10.5 should fit on your car. Breyton Spirit comes in 20x10.5 w/ et30 offset for E90. It should clear the fender, but you might have to roll the fender though.
