Yes, minus the BFE. 1900 sf is the magic number for 2 people iirc.
A Wall Street Journal article stated that, no matter the square footage, 68% of our time is spent in and around the kitchen and family/TV room.

Tbh, I'd feel like a total douche living in that house. Give me that kitchen and bar with the 2 acre flat screen though.

You can keep that house. It looks like a bunch of lego pieces. I much prefer something more traditional and classy. The interior furnishings to me are ugly. I will say, I would take the location, Pagani, have a engine installed in the helicopter. California traffic is so bad, that the helicopter would be my daily.
