E60 electrical problems

I have been having some issues with my car's electrical system. I have no sunroof, siren, rearview mirror auto dark and TPMS malfunction.
In ISTA these modules are in red and not communicating. I have tried to locate the Micro power module but I cannot find it.
In the trunk I can find my RDS ( TPMS ) module, but no MPM. I went to the junkyard to tear one apart to look at the wiring, and I looked at a 2008 535i, which did not have a MPM in the trunk and a 2006 530i which did have one.
Do some cars not have a Micro power module ?
I am going through all my fuses to see which one is missing or blown, but Its taking more time than expected.
