This 3 stage manifold is ready to install. Fully refreshed, cleaned and tested. Waiting to find an N52 as it's new home
I take apart the disa valve flaps and clean them, test the internals, grease them and put them back together and test how they work thoroughly to make sure they're in good working shape, most valves straight out of a used car will be faulty or slow so this is a huge plus to this manifold. Also these disas are both updated revision valves with no risk at all of anything dropping into the intake. On a fully stock 525i N52 with the proper software (which I sell aswell) you can expect +45hp gain and +35lb ft of torque, even more gains in the midrange. On a fully stock 528i N52 you can expect +30hp and +20lb ft of torque with even more gains in the mid range aswell. Videos of valves working: Large disa Small disa $320 I don't include shipping but depending where you live we can work something out http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53...8;toolid=11111 |

I'm sure it has been done. I don't see a reason why it would fit on a 128i and 328i n52 and it wouldn't on a 528 with the exact same engine. As a matter of fact the F10 528s with the n52 come with the 3 stage manifold from factory
