heat on right side with ac on

Hey guys. Another hvac issue here. I have the code for passenger water outlet circuit. I have heat coming from the defrost vents and right center vent blows warm. I replaced the heater control valve however, I have constant voltage to the passenger side of the valve. My question is, is the signal coming directly from the ihka? tia

I would recommend asking the question on the e90 forum, since the model shared so much in common with the e60. Most of the stuff in this forum is for sale ads.
