Calisthenics and hitting up the bars is great stuff. I was doing work today on them today actually.

Guys in the vids though are stupid, crazy strong. Takes a lot of effort to get that good.

that shit is NUTS...granted the guy seems to be on the short side which makes some of that a bit easier..those behind the back pullups were straight NUTS..and the fact that he was completely parallel in alot of those moves with little to no shaking was a feat!
