I got a copy from my friend, it doesn't come with a meal plan...but you just need a few things described in the infomercial, and you can use household things just be creative.
you'll need dumbells, a resistance band, and a pull up bar... this is where im at right now, maybe after 2.5 more months you'll see more definition

Or just work out like people did since day 1..... People are always coming up with these new ways....stick with the true and tested. Muscle resistance = fiber damage + rest = healing + more fiber development in muscle (a.k.a bigger whatever you are working out). No one 'builds muscle' you just acquire more muscle fiber. Go to the gym and hit the weights.

P90X, Had a friend who went through with this program and it truly does work. Keep in mind if you want to get lean and see definition this works great. You will put on some muscle but not a ridiculous amount by any means. This program does put your body through some hardcore routines. I do the ab ripper x program for my mid section and it's great. Just really depends on what your goals are and how determined you are to stick to the plan.

I train 3-5 days a week, in addition to running and swimming. I just want to have a define body, nothing ripped up like a bodybuilder or anything. BJJ will also help you slim down. I know a guy who lost over 65 lbs in about 10 months doing that. I've seen the P90X infomercial as well and had been tempted at times, but I can't see myself working out next to a T.V., lol. |

Have you seen the weight classes for Muay Thai tournaments? I'm 5'10''...currently at 173 lbs, if I were to compete, I would need to get down to around 150.

Muay Thai Academy in NoHo, CA.
Excuse the outdated site http://www.muaythaiacademy.net/ If time permits, I'm going back to the homeland in the summer to continue to train for a month or two. If they sell the P90X in stores like Target, I'd be willing to give it a try. I'd rather pay the whole chunk at once, rather than '3 easy payments', lol. And also I don't wanna wait for the delivery. |

Why don't you just download it via torrents and save yourself the $100?

been using it for a year now, lost at least 20 lbs of fat, all of the routines really make you sweat and if you really follow the meal plan, you will see awesome results...

You don't need to burn Dvd's. Thanks to members in this thread I downloaded it, went to sleep, woke up and it was done. I'm sure one of us will send it to you if you want it man. Hell I'm even willing to burn it for you and mail it to you.
