Fall is here in SoCal. Love it! My favorite time of the year. Cool, crisp air fills my lungs.

Went for my usual 3 mile walk last night, first time in months I needed to wear a jacket.

I took a hiking trip last week to the Mammoth Lakes area of California with friends to enjoy the Fall weather and witness the aspen changing color. It snowed on is the first day but the rest of the week was cool and clear. Perfect weather for hiking.

Save for a couple days, I haven't felt an ounce of autumn weather here. I suppose it depends on one's expectations this time of year.

I've had some days in the 70s and nights in the 50s. When you're looking at 100+ days in the summer, that's pretty good.

Rainy AF! First real storm of the year for us and my area should end up with about 7.2 inches of rain by the time its all done. The condo pool is very close to overflowing and the creek behind the property was bone dry 2 days ago and now its rushing and is up about 12-15 ft!

forecast says .25-.5" today, clearing overnight and back to sunny bliss on Tuesday.

Nobody actually hit me, but there was this one yahoo, pre-dawn, no lights, and he didn't seem to be able to follow the lines when the road was wet.
