As of now, I still have power. Two of my colleagues just informed me they lost power about 5 minutes ago. So it begins  Just eerie this storm is hitting on Katrina's anniversary. |

This storm is going to ravage LA. They are saying the levees are stable. I'll believe that when I see it. If they don't hold up we're looking at Katrina on steroids

Some live cams. Storm be crazy. So is the quality of cameras.

Looks like she got downgraded to tropical. Hopefully power wont be out for too much longer for those poor folks down there.
I know my stupid butt would want to go outside and see the wind, the worst we get up here is the occasional thunderstorm it seems like. |
