I know what you mean, however, there is noting I do which i have to do or feel i need to do. Not to say I was not always that way, I use to be addicted to video games and at the time when you had to drop quarters to play. Then I found I was not eating lunch and and dinner since I was putting all my money in the game. Anyway, I realize this and stop and any time I see something is becoming like that I just stop it.

Most of these things are about taking control, and most people lack personal controls.

I am far from ignorant, some days I wish I was more ignorant, life would be more fun that is for sure.
