New M5 Owner... ! ! !

Hi all,

I am over on e90post with my 335i but over the weekend, my dad introduced a new member to the family. A 2010 M5 with smg. Every option known.

Plans so far are to upgrade the yellow angel eyes, kidney grills, led plate bulbs... Any other suggestions lmk but don't plan to mod the m5 much at all compared to the 335.

If anyone has a diy to switch the angel eye bulbs for the LCI, that would be great!

Update 7/4/13

Did a quick 0-80 and just goes to show how fast the v10 really is. Unbelievable

changing the angel eye bulbs is very easy on the LCI. there is a circular cover on the back of the headlight that you can twist off with your hand which exposes the bulb. what are you planning to replace them with?

Not quite sure. Any suggestions? I used lux v3's on the 335. It would be a nice fathers day present for him and need to order some asap.

Might even go the OSS route...

helo there, I am looking to go the OSS route too. I have searched around but most of the E60s which have OSS like angel are probably with V2, I wanna see the some samples with v4 but couldn't find any.

Yeah, I currently installed lux for the mean time, but when/if I go oss, I hope for the v4.
