Unc it will be released on VOD and in Theaters on a Limited basis. Which IMO, every Studios should be doing now. I honestly believe we are quickly heading in that direction. NETFLIX has over 30M Subscribers at $15.month. That is some serious bread....

ALIENS is in my Top 20 Greatest Films and Top 5 Greatest SciFi Horror.

I can not believe that in 3 decades no one has come close to this masterpiece. But this film here certainly looks the part. We shall see in a few weeks...

When you slow down those fast parts...

This film has a touch of The Thing in there. I like it. Great colors. Great leads. Russian (always good for horror). I'm in.

Yup - I remember doing the 'frame by frame' thing on the old DVD player when I first got the DVD - goodness....disturbing is probably too light a word.

Agreed. The movie was just so well done.

If you want another one that has a similar feel - check out 'The Cube'. I also really liked '13 Ghosts' even though it didn't get great reviews.

I need to revisit Event Horizon, I did not get it the first time.

Edit: Just read the synopsis, yeah nah not my thing, i don't do supernatural so Event Horizon is a pass.

Trust me - watch it. Not supernatural at all - matter of fact - there isn't even a monster or any other antagonist other than all the members of the team.

Definitely a good one. Not shock horror but the realistic nature of it is frightening.

It still gives me the willies to watch it! And they did pass through Hell making it pretty supernatural.

A sense of dread. Intense scenarios. Creepy Monster. And even though there's a language barrier, I can tell the actors are definitely on point in their roles.
Will watch as soon as it drops.

In the meantime... I will be watching this creepy little gem tonight:
