ISTA doesnt see AHL

Hi I have problem with my adaptive headlights. Lights are in one position and not moving, green led blinking on LM module, but I dont have any error in ISTA, and I cant see AHL ecu. Any help what could it be ? What could be coded out ? In VO I have it when I check in NCS. Thanks

Hi it was 2003 and problem was with factory I-level version...
