Strange noise

I installed a jb4 and downpipes yesterday and now my car stars really rough, the first couple seconds it sounds good and then after a while the gnome vibrates pretty hard and then it goes rougher to where it sounds like the engine wants to stall out. I don't know if I did something wrong or what happened?

i have a bmw 528i, no sounds but did you get the m3 engine with it? also my msport came with the m suspension.

Maybe just an exhaust leak and your computer picks it up after a few minuets and thats when it starts running rough. Cant hurt to go back and check all the connections.
