08' 535i 23k miles, Good or Bad buy?

Hey guys,

I am in the market to replace my wifes IS350. We need a car with a little more room, especially in the rear seating.

We came across an 08' 535i with only 23k miles on it. It is not CPO'd but I can get aftermarket warranty on it of course.

They are asking $29,995 for it. It has sport package, premium package, Nav, etc...

What do you guys think? Good buy or not?

EDIT: Also, those with experience, how are these in the snow with proper tires? (i.e. Blizzaks)

I think you could negotiate down just a bit. I'm thinking $27,500.

Tremendous in snow. I've driven in some hairy storms with cars stuck at every mile. My 530 with Blizzaks got us home every time.
