Using an aftermarket Bluetooth Adapter that replaces the Aux-In

Hello everyone. I have a 2006 550i that does not currently have aux-in. Researching my options, I came across an adapter that I don't seem to find anybody using or installation directions for. Here is a link to it: https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Mod...dp/B082ZCYJ31/

It appears that replaces the aux-in (uses the same connection the aux-in would on the CCC) but instead of a 3.5 mm jack, it has a bluetooth receiver. This seems like a very cheap and simple solution for what I want to achieve (just be able to stream podcasts from my phone while I drive to work).

Has anybody here got any insight on this product, or ones like it?
I will probably just purchase it anyway, but I guess one specific question I have is, where should I attach (tap into) the 12v positive and ground wires?

Thanks.

Of course, I spend an hour searching and then post I can't find any installs of something like this, and 5 minutes later find one. https://roskinc.com/collections/fron...th-aux-adapter

I did not order the ones on Amazon. Even though they were cheap as dirt. I ordered this one: https://roskinc.com/collections/fron...th-aux-adapter

so how did it turn out? (quality/usability/auto-connect)

i was thinking about tackling this myself since i cannot bear my current low quality aux/bluetooth dongle setup.
