535xi Touring, new to us!
After many years of driving full size SUVs (which I asked her to for towing and such) my wife finally got the car she's been waiting for!
We plan to leave it pretty much as is, but I added a few little cues such as my spare Euro-Delivery Plate to the nose and a small Nürburgring Sticker to the hatch to commemorate when my wife drove the Nordschleife on our honeymoon in 1999. Highlights: 2008 (In service 10/07) 55,XXX Miles and got an extended warranty Great Service History (a local car, by coincidence) 6 Speed Manual (proud of the Mrs. for Requesting!) Cold Weather Package (with heated steering wheel) Bluetooth (Working perfectly with our iPhone 4s) Multi Contour Seats Heated REAR Seats iDrive without nav (I didn't realize they came this way) iPod integration Power Tailgate My circle of M3 goons and I share the opinion that BMW Touring/Wagons are way underrated and über cool. I am psyched we've added this to the fleet! Besides N54 High Pressure Fuel Pump issue (fixed), what are some of the other "turd-filled easter eggs" we can expect? The boy was playing James Bond, by the way...
