audio technical difficulties

so ive been trying to put in 2 jl audio w3s in my e60 545.. ive installed the high low converter and all the necessities to have a system in with the stock deck.. ive tried 3 different amplifiers and none of em seem to make the speakers move as much as they should anybody have this prob in the past or any ideas why this would be hapening? i also had 2 diamond audio 12 monsters installed but the same prob happened with those but about a year ago i had a honda prelude with the same amp and those things rocked that lil car.. any help is greatly appreciated.. gracias:

Did you hook the high low convertor up to a sub signal? Is it wired out of phase? Is there enough voltage? Check all of those things out..
