Former Walmart executive and e-commerce billionaire Marc Lore has announced plans to build a utopian and sustainable metropolis in the United States. The proposed city would be built completely from scratch and its design is believed to be incredibly eco-friendly.

Lore recently unveiled plans for his proposed utopia, tentatively named Telosa, which stems from the Ancient Greek word Telos, meaning “highest purpose.”

“The mission of Telosa is to create a more equitable, sustainable future. That’s our North Star,” Lore said in a promotional video. “We are going to be the most open, the most fair, and the most inclusive city in the world.”

They can keep it! Equitable and inclusive just means the lazy ass people can take from those who work the hardest. It’s only inclusive when it fits the lefts ideology.

It's odd how people make up their own completely wrong definitions for some words.

I suppose this could be good or bad, depending on the employees. I deal with a certain hobby company that is employee owned. The majority of their products are great and their marketing skills are over the top, yet they can't seem to manage their websites worth a darn.

Who hires who and who does what is still be worked out, I guess.

Women have a choice in the matter. Sex isn't some sort of basic human right. You choose to have sex, you (and I mean both parties, not just the woman) should have to bear the consequences. Maybe people would all of a sudden become responsible individuals then and actually think before acting.

Low cost of living, strong property rights, laid back sanitation service, flexible wardrobe standards, and an atmosphere you can see and feel.

Unfortunately women don't have a choice in the matter when getting raped and not being allowed to abort a rape-baby is beyond ridiculous. There are also medical situations for women that might warrant an abortion. It's not just about people having unprotected sex and killing an embryo for fun.

Thankfully Governor Abbott is going to magically eliminate all rapists from Texas so rape-babies won't happen anymore.
