Call them back and say make that box free of you'll leve to their competitor. I used to work for these sorts of companies. Demand the moon and never give up. You can get it.

It is a good day if you come out and they found nothing bad. He said everything looks normal and it's probably muscle strain due to heavy phone use. You know, looking down at your phone. Works for me.

He recommended a chiropractor. Pass...

Are you being serious? That's what the doctor said? If so, you are definitely looking at your phone way too much. Haha. But yeah, generally speaking that became a good day for you.

He said you wouldn't believe how many people come in with neck/throat pain and it's due to too much time spent looking down at their phone, so yeah, it's better than throat cancer.

Oh yeah I don't blame you for always wondering or having that in the back of your mind. I'd imagine if you quit 30 years ago and haven't had any signs of anything now, you're probably okay. I can still understand the concerns though and I guess that's why it's a good idea to get checked up regularly.

Same here. Ex-smoker and former asbestos abatement worker. I still get a chest xray every year. So far, so good. But I know from my cycling efforts that my lungs aren't as efficient as they could be. I get winded on small hills and I'm gasping for air on steep or long hills.
