Correction good sir, "woman." There is only one these days. I'll take the nice part for sure, but nothing worth having is easy. Not to say that I wouldn't have something easy, but also, easy cums...easy goes. I prefer the Little Casers slogan "Hot and Ready."
I'll join in for breakfast. This morning is 2 scoops of GNC Salted Caramel whey protein mixed with half Cinnabon cinnamon roll flavored coffee and half Death Wish coffee. Facking delicious, protein packed rocket fuel. My legs are already shaking to the point where my office chair sounds like it's trying to start and engine.

I've been trying to figure out why my lower lip feels like it was burned for the past three days, and it just finally hit me. On Monday, I changed back from a ceramic coffee cup to my stainless steel Yeti mug. It is apparently conducting the heat of my Irish breakfast blend tea through the stainless rim and onto my bottom lip, whereas the ceramic cups do not conduct heat nearly as well.
On the bright side, the last sip is still warm after 45+ minutes, so I think that using the Yeti mug is still a good thing overall.....

A fruit start with apple, banana and melon pieces then a toast and a cup of Earl Grey tea which I haven't had for a while.

Let it sit on the shelf for a week until it gets really hard...
...and then make a "club sandwich" for Sedan_Clan or Murf993 with it! FWIW, I had a small cup of leftover Five Guys fries for breakfast this morning.....
