Just press the defrost button on your PV inverter. Instead of taking DC from the array the inverter just works backwards as a rectifier absorbing AC. This warms up the modules and the snow will sheet off.

Winter is the worst time of year for solar production due to the low position of the sun. It worsens any problems caused by marginal sun exposure.
With my schedule that's gonna take me months to do

I looked at it today, doesn't look like there is any shade on panels morning or noon. After 12 it gets some shade but not all of them are covered. I think it would be nice to install heating wire to prevent snow buildup and ice dams on the roof edge and it would help the snow slide.....but its too high for me to bother for now, my ladder doesn't even reach
